Madonna is client centered and she has many years’ experience in the health care and social work field. Madonna is a dedicated professional. She believes that everyone is equal, and she is empathic and compassionate and she tailors their care plans to their needs and wants. She currently serves as the CEO and Social Services Director for Crossroads Counseling LLC. Madonna holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from University of Rizal system, Major English. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tomas Claudio Memorial College. She was a preschool teacher for 15 years at two public schools in the Philippines. Madonna was awarded her CNA in March 2023.

Ronald currently serves as the Case Management Director and is also the COO of Crossroads Counseling LLC. Ronald is client centered and he has many years of healthcare and social work experience and he is a dedicated professional. He believes that everyone is equal and his empathy and the compassion that he shows to others knows no boundaries. Ronald has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado Christian. A Master’s in Criminal Justice from Colorado Christian and a Master’s in Social Work from California Baptist University
